Our COVID-19 protection and hygiene measures

We follow the recommendations and regulations of the health authorities to prevent the spread and transmission of diseases.
We pay attention to all prescribed hygiene measures in all areas of our hotel.
Please follow the current regulation of the state of Mecklenburg-West Pomerania!
There is still a mask requirement (OP or FFP2) when entering and moving within the premises.

At check-in, all guests are informed about hygiene regulations through notices and boards.
When checking out, we avoid using cash and instead rely in the option of contactless payment.
In all public areas, attention is drawn to maintaining the required distance and disinfectant dispensers are available. Public areas are regularly well ventilated.
There is an additional regular disinfection of heavily used surfaces such as keycards, door handles, card terminals, etc.
We follow the guidelines and recommendations of the health authorities.
All employees wear mouth- and nose protection. Instructions for action with information about COVID-19 are available to our employees.
All guests and employees are asked to avoid direct contact and to maintain a safety distance of 1.5 meters in all hotel areas.
