The rooms are cleaned daily until 3 p.m.
Each guest has the option of hanging a red "do not disturb" sign or a green "cleaning" sign on the outside of the door.
After 3:00 p.m. when the sign is changed, there is no more cleaning.
Free cancellation is possible until 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, after that a cancellation fee of 80% will apply.
Please note that dogs must be registered beforehand, as our hotel only has a limited number of rooms that can accommodate dogs.
The price for a dog is €15.00 per night.
We would be happy to put a blanket and a treat from PetsDeli in your room for your darling.
There are 20 parking spaces on our hotel grounds at a price of €14.00 per night. available.

We ask all guests who are holding a conference with us and have not booked a room to park their car in the "Am Hafen" multi-storey car park on the Fährwall, which is only 200 m away.
