We take organizational, contractual and technical security measures in accordance with the state of the art in order to ensure that the regulations of data protection laws are observed and thus to protect the data processed by us against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or against access by unauthorized persons.
If content, tools or other means from other providers (hereinafter jointly referred to as "third-party providers") are used within the scope of this data protection declaration and their named registered office is abroad, it is to be assumed that data is transferred to the countries in which the third-party providers have their registered office. Data is transferred to third countries either on the basis of a legal permit, user consent or special contractual clauses that guarantee the data security required by law.
3. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
In addition to the use expressly stated in this data protection declaration, the personal data will be processed for the following purposes on the basis of legal permits or user consents:
- The provision, execution, maintenance, optimization and safeguarding of our services and user benefits;
- Ensuring effective customer service and technical support.
We only transfer user data to third parties if this is necessary for billing purposes (e.g. to a payment service provider) or for other purposes if these are necessary to fulfil our contractual obligations towards the users (e.g. address notification to suppliers).

6. GOOGLE ANALYTICS
Google will use this information on our behalf to evaluate the use of our online offer by users, to compile reports on the activities within this online offer and to provide us with further services associated with the use of this online offer and Internet use. Pseudonymous user profiles can be created from the processed data.
We use Google Analytics only with IP anonymization enabled. This means that Google will reduce the IP address of users within Member States of the European Union or in other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.
The IP address transmitted by the user's browser is not merged with other Google data. Users can prevent the storage of cookies by setting their browser software accordingly; users can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to their use of the online offer and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.
Further information on data use for advertising purposes by Google, possible settings and objections can be found on the Google websites: https://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy/partners ("Data use by Google when using our partners' websites or apps"), http://www.google.com/policies/technologies/ads ("Data use for advertising purposes"), http://www.google.de/settings/ads ("Manage information that Google uses to show you advertising") and http://www.google.com/ads/preferences ("Determine which advertising Google shows you").
7. INTEGRATION OF THIRD PARTY SERVICES AND CONTENT
It can happen that within our online offer contents or services of third providers, such as city maps or fonts of other websites are integrated. The integration of third-party providers' content always requires that the third-party providers perceive the IP address of the users, as they would not be able to send the content to the users' browser without the IP address. The IP address is therefore required for the display of this content. Furthermore, the providers of the third-party content can set their own cookies and process the user's data for their own purposes. The processed data can be used to create user profiles. We will use this content in a data-saving and data-avoiding manner as far as possible and select reliable third-party providers with regard to data security.
The following presentation provides an overview of third-party providers and their contents, together with links to their data protection declarations, which contain further information on the processing of data and, in some cases already mentioned here, possibilities of objection (so-called opt-out):
8. RIGHTS OF USERS AND DELETION OF DATA
Users have the right, upon request and free of charge, to receive information about the personal data that we have stored about them.
In addition, users have the right to correct inaccurate data, revoke consent, block and delete their personal data and, in the event that unlawful data processing is assumed, to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
The data stored by us will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for its intended purpose and there are no legal obligations to keep it in safekeeping.
9. SERVER LOG DATA
We automatically collect and store information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:
Browser type and browser version
operating system used
Host name of the accessing computer
Time of the server request
IP address, but this will be anonymized
These log files are independent of the log files of the provider (see above).
These data are not combined with other data sources.
The log files are stored for a maximum of 8 days, unless they are needed longer to analyze technical problems.
The basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the person responsible (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO) to use the log data for troubleshooting and for the detection of hacker attacks.
10. CONTACT FORM
If you send us enquiries using the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact data you provided there, will be stored for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.
The processing of the data entered in the contact form is therefore based on the legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 letter f DSGVO) to enable easy and direct communication with visitors to this website.
The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete it or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been processed). Mandatory statutory provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.

If you visit one of our pages equipped with a Vimeo plugin, a connection to the Vimeo servers is established. The Vimeo server will be informed which of our pages you have visited. Vimeo also obtains your IP address. This also applies if you are not logged in to Vimeo or do not have an account with Vimeo. With the following information we inform you about the contents of our newsletter as well as the registration, dispatch and statistical evaluation procedure and your rights of objection. By subscribing to our newsletter you agree to the receipt and the described procedures.
Content of the newsletter: We send newsletters, e-mails and other electronic notifications containing advertising information (hereinafter "newsletters") only with the consent of the recipients or a legal permission. If the contents of a newsletter are specifically described within the scope of a registration, they are decisive for the consent of the users. In addition, our newsletters contain the following information: our products, offers, promotions and our company.
Double opt-in and logging: Subscription to our newsletter takes place in a so-called double opt-in procedure. This means that after registration you will receive an e-mail asking you to confirm your registration. This confirmation is necessary so that no one can log in with other e-mail addresses. Subscriptions to the newsletter are logged in order to be able to prove the registration process in accordance with legal requirements. This includes the storage of the login and confirmation time, as well as the IP address. The changes to your data stored with the shipping service provider are also logged.
Dispatch service provider: The dispatch of the newsletter takes place via"" (hereinafter referred to as "dispatch service provider"). The data protection regulations of the shipping service provider can be viewed here: .
The e-mail addresses of our newsletter recipients, as well as their further data described in the context of these notes, are stored on the servers of the shipping service provider. The shipping service uses this information to send and evaluate the newsletter on our behalf. Furthermore, the shipping service provider can use this data according to its own information to optimize or improve its own services, e.g. to technically optimize the dispatch and presentation of the newsletter or for economic purposes, in order to determine from which countries the recipients come. However, the shipping service does not use the data of our newsletter recipients to write them down or pass them on to third parties.
Credentials: To subscribe to the newsletter, simply enter your e-mail address.
Statistical data collection and analysis - The newsletters contain a so-called "web-beacon", i.e. a pixel-sized file that is retrieved from the mail order company's server when the newsletter is opened. Within the scope of this retrieval, technical information, such as information about the browser and your system, as well as your IP address and time of retrieval are initially collected. This information is used to technically improve the services based on the technical data or the target groups and their reading behaviour based on their retrieval locations (which can be determined using the IP address) or access times. The statistical surveys also include determining whether the newsletters are opened, when they are opened and which links are clicked. For technical reasons, this information can be assigned to the individual newsletter recipients. However, it is not our intention, nor that of the shipping service provider, to observe individual users. The evaluations serve us much more to recognize the reading habits of our users and to adapt our contents to them or to send different contents according to the interests of our users.
Cancellation/Revocation - You can cancel the receipt of our newsletter at any time, i.e. revoke your consent. At the same time, your consents to their dispatch by the shipping service provider and the statistical analyses expire. A separate revocation of the dispatch by the dispatch service provider or the statistical evaluation is unfortunately not possible. You will find a link to cancel the newsletter at the end of each newsletter.
We reserve the right to change the data protection declaration in order to adapt it to changed legal situations or in the event of changes to the service or data processing. However, this only applies with regard to declarations on data processing. If user consents are required or components of the data protection declaration contain provisions of the contractual relationship with the users, the changes will only be made with the users' consent.
Users are asked to inform themselves regularly about the contents of the data protection declaration.
